Time is running out to get up to $220 in incentives for learning about your health and taking action to maintain or improve it. Benefits-eligible faculty and staff have until April 20 to qualify through the MHealthy Rewards program.

• Step 1: Register by taking the five-minute, confidential StayWell health questionnaire. Registering by April 20 qualifies the employee for a fitness center membership reimbursement worth up to $120.
• Step 2: Earn points by completing eligible health and well-being activities. Accumulate 100 points by Oct. 19 to earn $100.
The fitness center reimbursement gives faculty and staff $12 per month, January through October 2018, for their paid fitness center membership. Verify up to 10 months to earn up to $120. Eligible facilities include health clubs, gyms and community centers, and yoga, pilates, spinning, barre and CrossFit facilities.
Once registered, employees can also earn points for completing eligible health and well-being activities. Earn 100 points to earn $100. Activities are worth 25, 50 or 100 points each and must be completed by Oct. 19.
Activities cover a variety of health areas, including managing health conditions, stressing less, moving more, managing weight, quitting tobacco or drinking less alcohol.
The health questionnaire and a complete list of eligible activities, their point values, and completion criteria are available on the StayWell Portal, which can be accessed from the MHealthy site.
