Electronic consent process now open for 2024 Form W-2
U-M employees can provide consent to receive an electronic version of their Form W-2 for the 2024 tax year, as well as for future years. Those who consented previously do not need to take further action.

Floating holiday for faculty and staff to start in 2025

Faculty and staff salary report for 2024-25 now available
Faculty salary increases at U-M’s Ann Arbor campus for 2024-25 averaged 4.2%, increases for staff averaged 2.9%, and merit salary increases for executive officers and deans averaged 3.5%.

UM Health Plan, Michigan Care to end after 2025
Michigan Medicine will discontinue the UM Health Plan and the Michigan Care and Michigan Care Advantage plans it operates, effective at the end of 2025. The move does not affect current or 2025 Michigan Care benefits.

Consent process underway to receive Form 1095 electronically
Faculty and staff can consent through Jan. 2 to receive electronically their Form 1095 tax document, which verifies that the university offered 2024 health care benefits to an employee.
