For the third consecutive year, a Museum of Art publication has earned national recognition in the American Association of Museums’ Annual Publications Design Competition.

This year’s winner is the bi-monthly calendar, designed by Dwayne Over-myer of the School of Art. The 16-page booklet features information on exhibitions and news about the Museum collection and other programs.

The calendar received an honorable mention in the category of calendars of events from institutions with budgets of $500,000 or more. It was featured with other winners in the July/August 1994 issue of Museum News and will appear in a traveling exhibition of award-winning publications organized by the Cedar Rapids (Iowa) Museum of Art.
