From beginning to end this event is wonderful and I loved it! Cardio drumming, Tai Chi, Yoga on the football field, information at several different booths!!! Delicious snacks, friendly and helpful volunteers — everything was great and I want to thank MHealthy for this fun event and for the redeemable chip so we could go shopping at the onsite farmers market.
