2) Ergonomics
The university provides ergonomics grants of up to $5,000 to provide seed money for U-M departments or units to purchase equipment or redesign work processes for projects that solve high-risk ergonomic issues that affect groups of faculty and staff. Learn more about U-M Ergonomics Grants.
3) Mental Health
Staff, faculty, retirees, dependents and departments can use personal counseling, coaching, training and consultation services from Michigan Medicine’s Office of Counseling and Workplace Resilience, or the Faculty and Staff Counseling and Consultation Office. 4) Retirees
All retired U-M faculty and staff members and their spouses are eligible to join the University of Michigan Retirees Association.

Computer Showcase provides sales, service and support of personal technology to U-M students, faculty and staff.
6) Arts and Culture
The Michigan Union Ticket Office makes purchasing tickets for performing arts events throughout Ann Arbor and the surrounding area easy and convenient for U-M community members. While the Michigan Union is being renovated, the ticket office has moved to the Michigan League, 911 N. University Ave.
7) Professional Development
Faculty and staff have free access to thousands of online professional development courses through Lynda.com. Through Michigan Online, students, staff and faculty can also access U-M courses and specializations on the platform free of charge.
