    Emanuel Hertzler Emanuel Hertzler, emeritus professor of biology at U-M-Dearborn, died Jan. 28 in Granger, Ind. He was 92. Hertzler, who held a doctorate in biology, also taught at Kent State University. He was born Jan. 7, 1917, in Norristown, Penn. On June 14, 1942, he married Myrtle Schnell in Orville, Ohio.
