    U-M has launched new system enhancements and resources for remote and hybrid work that include centralized work data and more detailed job postings along with resources to help units strengthen their workplace practices.

    U-M employees can provide consent to receive an electronic version of their Form W-2 for the 2023 tax year, as well as for future years. Those who consented previously do not need to take further action.

    Wolverine Access, the university’s internal system for finding the U-M tools and resources faculty, staff and students use frequently, is getting a freshened look and enhanced usability July 15.

    A new look for employee time reporting coming this week

    Starting Feb. 23, all U-M employees will notice a new design and additional functionality when they report, approve or modify their time in Wolverine Access. It will not impact reporting dates, pay cycles or pay dates.

    Classic Wolverine Access will retire on March 14

    The new Wolverine Access has had more than 4.3 million visits since it launched Sept. 27, 2020. ITS will retire the 16-year-old “classic” version of Wolverine Access on March 14.

    New version of Wolverine Access set to begin Sept. 27

    Visitors to Wolverine Access will see and experience a new gateway to university systems and resources starting Sept. 27. An option to use the “classic” Wolverine Access will be available into 2021.
