    Beth Kubitskey, an associate dean at Eastern Michigan University and longtime advocate for the improvement of K-12 teaching and learning in Michigan, has been selected as dean of the School of Education and Human Services at UM-Flint.

    The university will extend its Go Blue Guarantee offering free tuition for qualifying Michigan residents to the Dearborn and Flint campuses. Regents also enacted a $15-an-hour minimum wage for permanent workers.
