    Whitmer’s FY ’21 budget includes 2.5 percent increase for higher ed

    Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is recommending a 2.5 percent increase in funding for each of the state’s 15 public universities, which will be expected to limit tuition increases to 4.25 percent.
