   Big House event part of annual Blood Battle donation effort

   The American Red Cross is teaming up with U-M for its annual Blood Battle against longtime rival Ohio State. A key part of the effort is the annual Be a Hero in the Big House event Nov. 19.

   Big Heart Blood Battle against other universities runs through Feb. 22

   The annual winter blood-donation competition against Michigan State and Penn State universities and the University of Wisconsin, known as the Big Heart Blood Battle, continues through Feb. 22.

   Join the Blood Battle against Ohio State and help save lives

   The 2022 Blood Battle against The Ohio State University is underway and runs through Nov. 23. The annual contest pits the rival universities against each other to see which one can generate more blood donations.
