U-M was ranked as the top U.S. public university in the latest QS World University Rankings for 2021, maintaining its top ranking since 2016. U-M ranked 21st overall among more than 1,000 institutions.

Michigan Medicine has earned the No. 15 spot in Newsweek’s 2020 World’s Best Hospitals list. The list also ranked it fifth in the United States and as the top hospital in Michigan.
