   Munger is first university residence hall to be LEED Gold certified

   U-M’s newest residence hall, the Munger Graduate Residences, is the first on campus to receive LEED Gold Certification for its green-building strategies and practices.

   Munger Graduate Residences to open residential-academic setting Aug. 1

   The new Munger Graduate Residences on the Ann Arbor campus is set open Aug. 1, housing 630 graduate students in a unique high-density residential-academic arrangement.

   Section of Madison Street to be closed for Munger project

   Beginning Thursday, East Madison Street between Packard and Thompson streets will be closed for construction activity associated with the Munger Graduate Residences project. The road closure will run until summer 2015.
