MHealthy will launch two programs this month for university faculty and staff who are looking for tips and guidance on staying on a healthy track during the busy holiday season.

Registration is open for its popular “‘Tis the Season” well-being webinar series, as well as the new “Holiday Drinking — Stop and Swap” email program.

“The end of the year can get so hectic that sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves,” says Alison D. Nix, program manager for MHealthy’s Tobacco Consultation Service and Alcohol Management Program.

“Holiday parties, traveling and celebrating with friends and family means making healthier choices can be a challenge. Our seasonal programs offer timely information on how to enjoy the season without over indulging or losing sight of your health goals.”
