The University of Michigan’s MHealthy Rewards program is back, giving employees the opportunity to learn about their health, create a healthy habit and earn a $75 incentive.
To qualify for the incentive, active, benefits-eligible faculty and staff can log into the MHealthy Portal to complete the 2025 confidential health questionnaire and set a healthy goal.

The deadline to complete MHealthy Rewards is May 30. More than 24,000 employees participated in the program in 2024.
The health questionnaire takes about 10 minutes to complete. Based on responses, participants will learn what health areas are thriving and which may need attention.
Participants also get a personalized list of recommendations based on current health needs, including programs and resources related to mental and emotional well-being, financial well-being, sleep, nutrition, physical activity, tobacco and more.
To receive the incentive, participants must also set a health-related goal in the MHealthy Portal’s goal setting feature.
U-M partners with Asset Health Inc. to administer the MHealthy Portal and ensure personal information is kept confidential. In addition to the health questionnaire and goal setting, the portal includes an entire suite of programs and resources to support health and well-being.
