Friday is the deadline for benefits-eligible faculty and staff to complete the online health questionnaire that is part of the MHealthy Rewards program.
By doing so, they will:
• Get a personalized health report that includes a health score, health improvement recommendations and health priorities.
• Earn a $50 before-tax reward.
• Have the opportunity to earn another $50 by completing a qualifying healthy activity.
To date, more than 17,000 faculty and staff have already completed the health questionnaire.
“This year’s health questionnaire takes about 10 minutes to complete and provides you with valuable information about improving or maintaining your health,” says Janice Gasaway, MHealthy Rewards program lead.
The health questionnaire is confidential and individual health information is always private. To protect your privacy, U-M contracts with StayWell Health Management, a national provider of health improvement services, to administer the health questionnaire.
