For one day in September, yoga poses, Zumba-style moves and the beat of cardio drumming will take over Michigan Stadium.
“Be Well in the Big House,” a free event organized by MHealthy, returns from 3-6:30 p.m. Sept. 19. U-M faculty and staff can join in health and well-being activities both on and off the Michigan Stadium field.
