Revisions to the University of Michigan Board of Regents’ Bylaws have been proposed and are now being posted for public comment.
The bylaw amendments, which incorporate changes presented at prior meetings of the board, change the title of the executive committee for the new School for Environment and Sustainability, and add wording regarding the executive committee for the UM-Flint School of Nursing.
