The Board of Regents is scheduled to meet at 3 p.m. Dec. 7 in University Hall in the Alexander G. Ruthven Building.
Members of the public also will be able to watch a livestream of the meeting, but those wishing to make comments during the meeting must attend in person. An agenda will be posted at noon Dec. 4 on the Board of Regents website.
This meeting will be the first to operate under the board’s new guidelines for public comments. Up to 10 individuals will be able to speak in person and they will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Community members also can submit written comments or video messages through a new web portal.
The deadline to apply to speak in person or to submit written comments or video messages for the Dec. 7 meeting is 5 p.m. Dec. 4.
