LSA conducted a ceremony April 14 dedicating the Homer A. Neal Laboratory. Neal, who died in 2018, was a trailblazing U-M physics professor, vice president for research and interim president. The Neal Laboratory is the first academic building on Central Campus to be named after a Black member of the U-M community.
