    UM-Flint associate professor inspires future environmental problem solvers

    Heather Dawson is an associate professor of biology at UM-Flint who has collaborated on field research with about two dozen undergraduate students and a dozen graduate students. Working with them has allowed her to investigate a wider range of issues, she said, while providing the students a chance to hone professional skills.
