Retiring U.S. Rep. Levin to join Ford School of Public Policy
U.S. Rep. Sander Levin, who has announced he won’t seek re-election next year, will join the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy as a Distinguished Policymaker in Residence in January 2019.

U-M annual research expenditures reach new high in FY ’17
U-M’s total volume of research reached a record high of $1.48 billion in the fiscal year that ended June 30, a 6.4 percent increase from the previous year.
