    U-M outlines COVID-19 measures for winter semester

    U-M has updated its COVID-19 health and safety measures — including enhanced indoor masking policies and new quarantine and isolation guidelines — as students prepare to begin the winter semester.

    In-person classes at U-M will resume according to the regular schedule on Jan. 5, 2022, with additional health and safety protocols in place for the winter semester, university leaders said in an email message to the Ann Arbor campus.

    Faculty and staff salary report for 2021-22 now available

    Faculty salary increases at the U-M Ann Arbor campus for 2021-22 averaged 3.6 percent and increases for staff averaged 3.3 percent, according to the university’s annual salary report.
