    Storms force temporary closure of Nichols Arboretum

    Nichols Arboretum will be closed temporarily while teams assess and address damage from recent severe storms. Matthaei Botanical Gardens remains open. Please check the Matthaei-Nichols website for updates.

    Michigan Medicine revises vaccination policy; flu clinics to start

    Michigan Medicine has updated its COVID-19 vaccination policy, no longer requiring the vaccine or an approved exemption as a condition of employment. The university also announced its flu vaccine clinic schedule.

    Members of the Graduate Employees’ Organization have overwhelmingly voted to support signing a tentative three-year agreement with U-M. A ratification vote by the union will run from noon Aug. 22 through midnight Aug. 24.
