   New Zoom Phone service to offer greater flexibility, mobility

   U-M will begin upgrading telephone service on the Ann Arbor, Flint and Dearborn academic campuses this summer, transitioning to Zoom Phone, a cloud-based softphone service that will operate via Zoom.
