    U-M institutes change for electronic consent of Form W-2

    U-M employees who consented to receive an electronic PDF copy of their 2018 Form W-2 will not have to take further action going forward. Those who have not previously given such consent can do so now.

    U-M employees can consent now to receive an electronic PDF copy of their 2018 Form W-2 and Form 1095 instead of an identical mailed copy.
