    U-M will require COVID-19 vaccination on all campuses

    All students, faculty and staff on U-M’s three campuses and at Michigan Medicine must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and submit their vaccination information before the fall term starts Aug. 30.

    Seventy-six percent of U-M students planning to attend classes on the Ann Arbor campus this fall have reported and are confirmed to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as of July 20.

    U-M reduces masking, distancing requirements on campus

    Fully vaccinated individuals who self-report their vaccine information to U-M will no longer be required to wear a mask or social distance for most areas on all three U-M campuses.

    U-M encouraging students to share COVID-19 vaccination records

    The university is urging students on all three of its campuses to submit their COVID-19 vaccination information. At this time, U-M is not collecting information regarding employee vaccination status.

    State virus dashboard to include disparities, vaccination data

    Michigan residents soon will be able to search the number of coronavirus cases, hospitalizations and deaths by race, ethnicity, age and gender through an expanded MI Safe Start dashboard.
