   Saint Joseph Mercy, U-M proceed with Chelsea joint venture

   Saint Joseph Mercy Health System and Michigan Medicine have signed a definitive agreement to establish a master affiliation and a joint venture for St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea hospital.
