Update on parking over commencement weekend

With Spring Commencement ceremonies occurring between today and Sunday, faculty and staff are advised that Ross Athletic, Central and North campus parking areas will be made available for guest parking.

3-D art to be installed on Diag during commencement

University of Michigan graduates, students and commencement visitors will have a chance to take a photo atop a “Michigan” waterfall this weekend.

A 3-D painting, which will cover a 16-by-36-foot area on the north side of the Diag, will be installed from 8 a.m.to 8 p.m. Saturday.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer will deliver the University of Michigan's Spring Commencement address for the Ann Arbor campus at 10 a.m. Saturday at Michigan Stadium.

Whitmer will receive an honorary Doctor of Laws degree.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer will deliver the University of Michigan’s Spring Commencement address for the Ann Arbor campus May 4 at Michigan Stadium. She will be the sixth sitting governor to deliver a commencement address in the past 40 years.

Charles Woodson, former Wolverine and NFL football player, Heisman Trophy winner and philanthropist, will deliver the University of Michigan's Spring Commencement address for the Ann Arbor campus at 10 a.m. Saturday at Michigan Stadium.
