   Regents authorize various real estate donations, purchases

   The Board of Regents has authorized the university to move forward with plans to donate, purchase or sell various real estate properties across the state of Michigan.

2. April 3, 2023

   U-M Health, Sparrow officially join to deliver health care

   Sparrow Health System has officially joined U-M Health, effective April 1, having received the necessary regulatory approvals to partner after announcing their plans in December to create the statewide care system.

3. December 8, 2022

   Sparrow to join U-M Health under proposed agreement

   Sparrow Health System will join U-M Health under a proposed agreement that will expand services to mid-Michigan residents, provide access to the highest level of care, and improve facilities and technology.

4. March 28, 2019

   Michigan Medicine, Sparrow sign affiliation agreement

   Michigan Medicine and the Lansing-based Sparrow Health System have signed an affiliation agreement paving the way for ongoing collaboration between the two systems.
