U-M appoints new assistant VP for research-animal resources
William W. King has been appointed assistant vice president for research-animal resources in the U-M Office of Research. The appointment was effective Jan. 1.

U-M reports record corporate research expenditures in FY 2017
Corporate expenditures on existing U-M research rose to $100.8 million in the past fiscal year. Total corporate investment in U-M — which includes philanthropic contributions — rose to $142.8 million.
