   U-M, GEO present outstanding contract issues to fact finder

   Attorneys for U-M and and the union representing its striking graduate student employees have presented their respective positions to a state-appointed fact finder charged with recommending a non-binding decision.

   University, GEO resolve unfair labor practice complaints

   U-M and the Graduate Employees’ Organization have reached an agreement to resolve several unfair labor practice complaints filed as part of ongoing contract negotiations between the parties.

3. May 17, 2023

   University requests state fact finder in GEO contract dispute

   U-M has petitioned the Michigan Employment Relations Commission to initiate the fact-finding process in an effort to resolve its ongoing contractual dispute with the Graduate Employees’ Organization.
