    Sascha Crasnow, lecturer in Islamic arts and culture in the Residential College in LSA, has helped teach her 2-year-old beagle-mix, Parker, to “speak” through the use of nearly 100 buttons in her home.

    Provost Laurie McCauley has appointed Denise Sekaquaptewa to be the next director of the U-M ADVANCE Program, effective Sept. 1.  She will become the third director in ADVANCE’s history.
