   Rhiannon Giddens named Arts Initiative’s first U-M Artist-in-Residence

   The Arts Initiative has announced musician, composer and scholar Rhiannon Giddens will be its inaugural U‑M Artist-in-Residence under a new program that aims to bring innovative artists to campus.

   ISR to host artist residency in partnership with Arts Initiative

   The Institute for Social Research will host Houston-based artist Rick Lowe as part of the U-M Arts Initiative’s Creators on Campus program.

   Arts Initiative seeks proposals for Creators on Campus

   The U-M Arts Initiative is accepting proposals from faculty and staff for Creators on Campus, a residency program to expand visiting artist programs, arts research and the overall student experience.
