   University clarifies guidance about immigration enforcement

   In an email to faculty, staff and students, U-M clarified its guidance about what campus spaces — particularly public areas of classroom buildings — federal immigration enforcement officials may enter.

   When the 2022 winter semester begins, U-M students enrolled in about 90 undergraduate and graduate classes will experience the term in the new 105,000-square-foot Central Campus Classroom Building.
