    Tappan’s Vision exhibit celebrates a president’s legacy

    No president had more impact on the course of U-M, or did more to ensure success than Henry Tappan, says Francis Blouin, director of the Bentley Historical Library. Tappan’s contributions will be on display in the new semi-permanent exhibit Tappan’s Vision, presented as the Bentley Library celebrates its 75th anniversary.

    Universitywide rollout of Concur wraps up on schedule

    Every unit at the university now is using Concur, the institution’s travel and expense system for employees. The phased rollout to the university concluded in February when UM-Dearborn, UM-Flint and the remaining units in Ann Arbor began using the system.

    Guy Mermier Guy Mermier, professor emeritus of French, died March 23 at the U-M Hospital. Mermier was a teacher and scholar of medieval French literature in the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures.
