    International Institute awards Individual Fellowships

    Budget focuses on quality, affordability, cost control

    U-M will absorb a historic $47.5 million cut in state funding in the fiscal year 2012 budget, the largest in the university’s 194-year history. The cut lowers U-M’s state funding to its fiscal year 1964 level, when adjusted for inflation.

    Regents issue statement regarding GSRA resolution

    On behalf of members of the Board of Regents, newly appointed Chair Denise Ilitch offered a statement June 16 on the board's action of the previous month regarding graduate student research assistants. The board voted 6-2 May 19 to support the rights of GSRAs to choose whether to proceed toward a representation election.
