Downward dog and warrior poses, Zumba-style moves, and football-inspired maneuvers will once again take over the field at Michigan Stadium.
“Be Well in the Big House,” a free event organized by MHealthy, returns from 3-6:30 p.m. Sept. 21. U-M faculty and staff can join in health and wellness activities both on and off the field of the Big House.
Virtual well-being sessions also will take place Sept. 18-20.
Register early for on-field sessions
Three, 45-minute sessions will take place on the stadium field. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome, and no equipment is required. Early registration is recommended as space is limited.
