The court dates in the undergraduate admissions lawsuit, Gratz v. Bollinger, have been pushed back due to a medical emergency involving one of the University attorneys. Oral argument on the motions for summary judgment was postponed from Sept. 18 to Nov. 21 at 9:30 a.m. The pre-trial conference and trial have been adjourned to be rescheduled to a later date. No dates have changed in the Law School case, Grutter v. Bollinger, which is currently scheduled to go to trial Jan. 15, 2001.
