Stop! That tickles! 
Even in the dead of winter, cleaning is a routine at the Museum of Art. Nydia, the Blind Flower Girl of Pompeii, by American artist Randolph Rogers, gets a regular touch-up by Jim Manheim, the museum’s publications manager. Nydia was the first significant original art work added to the Museum’s collection in the 19th century. Rogers, who had spent his boyhood in Ann Arbor, was known as one of America’s foremost mid-19th century classicizing sculptors.
