U-M Human Resource Development is hosting the second annual Career Conference June 4 to inspire faculty and staff to take more responsibility for their career aspirations.

The conference will feature Pete Thomas, author, businessman and “NBC’s Most Successful ‘Biggest Loser'” as the keynote speaker, whose topic is “Winning in the Workplace and In Life: Imagine it, create it, live it!”
There also are two additional career development sessions: “Toot Your Own Horn: Making a Little Self-Promotion go a Long Way” with Robin Sober, and “Line of Sight” with Catherine Lilly.
The conference is free to U-M faculty and staff, thanks to sponsorship from executive officers.
