Safety walk points out safe, unsafe campus areas
University photographer Bob Kalmbach joined walkers last week touring the campus to point out areas they felt were unsafe due to poor lighting, overgrown shrubbery or buildings that formed alcoves where an attacker might hide. Leo J. Heatley (left), director of the Department of Public Safety and Security, joined one of the five groups in the student-organized night walk.
