Sexual assault reported at University Hospital

A nurse reported a sexual assault involving an inappropriate touch by a patient. The incident occurred at approximately 2:24 p.m. Feb. 7 at University Hospital. This case was submitted to the Washtenaw County prosecuting attorney for review of possible charges.

Aggravated assault reported in Lot NC-53, 2600 Hayward

A pickup truck drove around construction cones at approximately 10:21 a.m. Feb. 13 in Lot NC-53, 2600 Hayward. Once confronted by workers the driver drove the truck forward until the truck struck the victim in the chest area. The victim was not injured. This case was submitted to the Washtenaw County prosecuting attorney for review of possible charges.

Burglary reported at the Michigan Union

A chain securing the north door of Michigan Union was cut sometime between Feb. 16-18. Electrical wire spools were stolen, valued at approximately $5,000. This case is currently under investigation.
