The film “Happily Ever After,” 7-9 p.m. Aug. 21 at Lorch Hall, Askwith Auditorium, presents the story of devoted wife Yukie and her boorish unemployed ex-gangster husband Isao. While Yukie works hard struggling to make ends meet, Isao gambles the family’s resources away. And while his temper creates further tension in the family, Yukie’s love prevents her from leaving him.
