Stockwell Hall cook Richard Perkins carves prime rib for freshman Tom Daigneau during the final meal served in the Mosher-Jordan Hall dining room April 25. The special dinner included multiple appetizers, vegetables with ravioli, baked salmon, chicken breast, brown rice with tofu triangles, prime rib and Baked Alaska for dessert. Mosher-Jordan closed for renovations May 1 after students moved out following final exams. The Hill Dining Center will replace the Mosher-Jordan dining room in 2008.
