Mark Davis, a retired IT manager at the University of Michigan, died Nov. 2 at the age of 65.

Davis, who lived in Canton, retired in 2012 from U-M after 20 years of service in the Reproductive Sciences CLASS lab.

He was an avid supporter of WRCJ, the Detroit Public radio station.

Davis was the husband of Bing, and father of Linda.

The family will gather with friends at 3 p.m. Saturday until the 4 p.m. Memorial Service at Vermeulen-Sajewski Funeral Home, 46401 W. Ann Arbor Road, (between Sheldon and Beck), in Plymouth.
