M-Quality Expo is this week

The M-Quality Expo—“Making a Difference: Creating the Future through Serving Others”—featuring 58 team exhibits, speakers and films, will be held 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Thurs. (Oct. 19) and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Fri. (Oct. 20) at the Michigan Union. Several special workshops are scheduled as part of Expo activities. They include:

 “Moving Forward with Quality in a Difficult Environment,” 10-11 a.m. Tues. (Oct. 17), Suite 1G, Wolverine Tower.

 “Effective Meetings: How to Get as Little Done as You Do Now in Half the Time,” noon-1:30 p.m., Wed. (Oct. 18), brown-bag in the Kalamazoo Room, Michigan League.

 “Changing the Culture and How to Get Leadership (Particularly Faculty) Involved,” 9-10 a.m. Thurs. (Oct. 19), Pond Room, Union.

 “Thriving on Change,” 10-11 a.m., Fri. (Oct. 20), Kuenzel Room, Union.

Copies of the complete Expo program were inserted in the Oct. 16 Record. They also will be available at the Expo.
