The Division of Research Development and Administration will close for the holidays at noon Dec. 23 and re-open at 8 a.m. Jan. 3. Faculty, research staff and others who plan to process materials through DRDA on Dec. 23 are reminded that only limited staff will be available and that arrangements should be made with the appropriate project representative to ensure sufficient time for handling deadline materials.
Risk Management
The Risk Management Department, which includes Employee Rehabilitation and Work Connections, will close at 5 p.m. Dec. 23 and re-open at 8 a.m. Jan. 3. Claims may be reported to the Work Connections message system, 615-0643. In an emergency, call the Department of Public Safety, 763-1131.
Arts of Citizenship
The Arts of Citizenship Program, 435 West Hall, will close at 4 p.m. Dec. 22 and will re-open at 9 a.m. Jan. 3.
Plant Building Services
Plant Building Services will close at 12:30 a.m. Dec. 23 and will re-open at 7:30 a.m. Jan. 3. Limited services, such as restroom maintenance, corridor cleaning and trash removal, will be provided Dec. 27–30 for buildings that are open during the holiday season.
There will be an ample supply of trash bags at the bottom of trash receptacles for those who wish to discard trash from their offices, laboratories, etc. Emergency services will be available Dec. 23–Jan. 3.
Requests for emergency service should be made to the Emergency Maintenance System, 647-2059, or the Department of Public Safety, 763-1131.

The Library’s holiday hours will be:
ITD
Most Information Technology Division (ITD) business and service offices will close at 5 p.m. Dec. 23 and re-open in the morning Jan. 3.
The following are exceptions:
Pierpont Commons
The Pierpont Commons will close at 2 p.m. Dec. 24 and re-open at 8 a.m. Dec. 27. It will be open 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Dec. 27–30 and will close at 2 p.m. Dec. 31, resuming normal operating hours on Jan. 3.
Purchasing Services
Purchasing Services, Wolverine Tower and 300 North Ingalls Bldg., will be open 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m. Dec. 27–Dec. 30. To add vendors, contact Vendor Maintenance, 936-8849. For problems or emergency orders, contact the Help Desk, 936-7000.
Printing Services, the Copy Centers, the Maintenance Service Unit on Kipke Drive, Boise Cascade Delivery and General Supplies Procurement will be closed Dec. 24–Jan. 3. M-Stores Food Procurement will be open 7:30–11:30 a.m. Dec. 27–Dec. 30 and will be closed Dec. 24 and Dec. 31.

Exhibit Museum
The Exhibit Museum of Natural History will be closed Dec. 24–26 and Dec. 31–Jan. 2.
Parking and Transportation Services
The Parking and Transportation Services offices, 508 Thompson, 1213 Kipke
Drive and 3231 Baxter Road, will close at the end of the business day Dec. 22. Regular hours will resume Jan. 3.
The fuel stations will be in operation throughout the holiday season. The Baxter Road service station will be accessible 24 hours a day. The Kipke Drive service station can be made accessible by contacting the Department of Public Safety, 763-1131.
The Transportation Garages will close at 3:30 p.m. Dec. 23 and reopen at 7 a.m. Jan. 3.
The Parking Maintenance office will close at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 23. Maintenance staff will be available until 11:30 p.m. Dec. 23 via radio. Limited maintenance staff will be available Dec. 27–30. Full operations will resume Jan. 3.
During the holiday break, all emergencies should be directed to the Department of Public Safety, 763-1131.
Property Disposition
Property Disposition will curtail its normal operating hours during the holiday break.
