Michigan Dining wins bronze in culinary competition

Michigan Dining recently earned a bronze medal in the American Culinary Federation competition conducted at the Tastes of the World Chef Culinary Conference. Chef de Cuisine Martin Folk, Sous Chefs Jeremy Moser and Randy Osann, and Chef Assistant Shari Tyler represented U-M at the conference, at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Michigan Dining is a unit within Student Life. Its operations include residential dining halls and cafes, and retail food operations in the three student unions and catering.
