Bylaw change proposed

Sec. 2.06 The Vice President for Government University Relations
The vice president for government university relations shall be the senior officer in charge of planning, coordinating and supervising the University’s liaison activities with local, state and federal governments relations (in all areas other than research), communications and public affairs efforts.
The vice president for university relations shall be the chief adviser to the executive officers and regents on external relations matters.
The vice president for government university relations shall be the University’s contact with the State Board of Education.
