A beam signing ceremony took place March 25 for the new Central Campus Residential Development being constructed near Hoover Avenue and Division Street.
Set to open by fall 2026, the new five-building, 2,300-bed housing and dining complex will meet the demand among undergraduate students for affordable, on-campus housing on Central Campus. It is the first residential facility built specifically for first-year students since 1963. Learn more about the residential facility.
